Transportation and Delivery Policy 
1. Retail Delivery (USA)
We are proud to offer free standard delivery service for all retail orders in the continental United States. For retail customers, there are no minimum consumption requirements.
2. Wholesale Delivery
For our B2B partners, we provide DDP (delivery and handling of customs duties) delivery service from the New York warehouse. The delivery cost for wholesale orders is calculated based on the quantity at the time of checkout, ensuring the provision of the most favorable price without hidden customs duty charges.
3. Delivery Time
Goods with sufficient inventory will be processed within 72 hours.
- Local delivery in the USA: 3 to 5 working days.
- A tracking number will be provided immediately via email after shipment.
